To help simplify the immense Garnier product range, we created a unique program called The Circle. The Circle tapped into the entire product catalogue and using a sophisticated matrix, matched products to the consumers profile and specific needs.
A first for the FMCG beauty category, The Circle allowed consumers to use their iPhone to scan the barcode of any Garnier product and receive detail on how and why it matched their profile. If the product was not a match, the application had the intelligence to recommend an alternative.
Personalised content continued outside of the application, with users receiving regular updates and exclusives via email and Facebook.
